Caregiver Coaching

At CSN, we know that up to 92% of all elder care is performed at home, mostly by family members and friends. Family caregivers are the backbone of the long-term care industry in our country and are the key to successful outcomes for our clients. Caregiver Coaching is an individual or family session with a certified geriatric care manager to assist family caregivers with planning and identifying elder care resources. Caregiver Coaching may be a covered benefit under a working caregiver’s Employee Assistance Program. Client surveys give this program a 100% satisfaction rate.
