We use proven positive communication techniques like reminiscence, validation and reassurance; Allen Cognitive Level Screening (ACLS) to identify our clients’ strengths and safety requirements; and both active connection to community resources and medical advocacy to improve the independence and quality of life for our clients and their family caregivers.
